About Us

We're owners, not a property management company!

We bought condos in Kauai because we love the island (particularly the north shore)!.

Bill and Cathy

Bill and Cathy bought the BEST unit at Alii Kai in 2016 after spending a couple years looking for the ideal oceanfront condo. They had rented at Orchid Point many times and wanted to own there for many years, so when Orchid Point went up for sale in 2020, they jumped at the opportunity to purchase the two upstairs units.here

Albert and Anita

Albert and Anita bought unit 9302 at The Cliffs in 2017 shortly after their friends Bill and Cathy brought them to Kauai. Albert and Anita love The Cliffs resort and purchased the 4BR unit 8204 in early 2019, which has been great for larger family trips. Anita stayed at Orchid Point in 2017, and loved the best sunrises on the island, and she and Albert were very excited to join Bill and Cathy in purchasing the triplex in late 2020.
